Conversion Parts List

The conversion for changing out the NV5600 to a FS or FSO series Fuller transmission is pretty straight forward. The required parts consists of the following;

Cummins 5.9 SAE #2 Flywheel Cover (starter hole on driver's side)

Cummins 5.9, 14" Flywheel

Pilot Bearing (72 X 25MM or 72 X 30MM) Depending on Transmission Input Shaft

Single or Double Disc 14" Clutch ("push" or "pull" type)

28MT Starter

Fuller F Series SAE #2 Transmission Bell Housing

Transmission (Fuller FS or FSO Series)

Clutch Actuator (("push" or "pull" type)

Fabricated Rear Transmission Support

Hydraulic Actuator ("push" or "pull" type)

Fabricated bracket for "Pull" Type Actuator

Fabricated Hydraulic Hose and Fittings

Drive Shaft Modification

For a 4 X 4, The Transfer Case Will Have to be Mounted Remote
